Pot Roast

Another recipe...this one is awesome! DH LOVES this - honestly, he moans his way through dinner!

LM's Pot Roast
1lb carrots
1lb potatoes
2lb roast
1 onion
Lipton soup mix

rinse roast, pat dry. Salt, pepper and dredge with flour.
Brown roast on all sides, then add water to pot (enough to cover roast and veggies)
add soup mix and 2 bay leaf, more pepper

Cook for 2 hours with slow, lazy bubbles

Turn oven on low (about 120*) and put roast and veggies into oven on an oven safe plate to keep warm

Gravy:
4T four
1 t salt in a bowl, mix. bring 2 C of the juice from meat to a boil.
Mix the salt/flour mixture into juice very slowly....
