I copied and pasted these recipes off my 'normal' blog that my family/friends see...but i thought you guys might like these recipes too!

I have three chicken marinades that dh really loves - and since he is the worlds most picky eater, h'm sure lots of people will like these too!

Chow Chicken
- this is what my family calls it because when my sister was little she use to say it was "chow-a-linga" thus, chow chicken!
5 T. Lemon Juice
3 T. Soy Sauce
2 Cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 t pepper
1 t dried basil

I usually make this in the morning and put two frozen chicken breast in it and let it marinade all day and then Grill it!

Jamaican Chicken (SO GOOD!!)

4 bunches of green onion
3/4 c red wine vinegar
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c minced jalapeno pepper
2 T sugar
4t salt
1 T dried Thyme
1 T allspice
2 t pepper
1/2 t cinnamon

Blend all ingredients in the food processor (chop onions a bit first)

divide into 4 Ziploc bags - each bag can hold 4 chicken breasts

You can freeze with or without chicken in the Ziploc bag. if without, marinate chicken for 2-24 hours!
Grill!

Usually with this we have veggie kebabs...onion, peppers, sometimes pineapple!
